How do I fix my voice mail?
My iPhone voicemail is not working. I have not received a voice mail since Feb. Someone left a voice mail for me yesterday but I did not receive it.

To change to custom email:
—turn OFF wiFi
—click on phone on front page NOT IN SETTINGS
—go to voicemail —go to greetings
—record greeting and save
—turn wifi back on and it will stay at custom and not change to default
No, that's an issue with your cellular carrier, not with the iPhone.
Axel Foley, this is incorrect, or only partially correct. I have this same problem that my visual voicemail had been working correctly for years, and now suddenly does not work. I have checked with my carrier. Was assured by their support team, after they checked, that everything on their side is in order. They told me to ask Apple. How does one do that?
I’m having same issue - visual voicemail is not working. If I have a missed call I have to dial into the carriers voicemail and retrieve my message. Since I am getting voicemail but not visual voicemail is this an Apple issue or carrier issue? Using iPhone 12 pro.
sometimes the visual voicemail does show up 1-2 days after the person leaves the message.
I also looked in settings to see if something is mis-configured. I tried to change my voicemail password and it said "Voicemail Unavailable; Try again later"
For the past 3 months when someone leaves a message it does not show up on my iPhone from anywhere from a week to one day later. There is something seriously wrong with your software......
