My wallet only shows credit card how do I load tickets

Can’t get wallet to work only show credit card and no other buttons or how to load tickets

iPhone 11, iOS 13

I am assuming that you have only credit card(s) added to the wallet and that there are no passes, tickets etc added.

When you use the + sign in Wallet then it only adds a credit card as you know.

Note that Passes, Tickets, Loyalty Cards, etc. are added from the apps that they are generated in using the ADD to Wallet feature in those apps. To add a ticket, for example, you should have the ticket generated/received in the respective app and then that app must provide you with an Add to Wallet option which you can use and then it will be added to the wallet.
