Unable to download windows supporting software

It's throwing an error while downloading the windows supporting software through boot camp to fix the wifi error on windows 10 since the OS Catalina doesn't show the OSXRESERVED drive on windows to install the WIFI drive.

The error pops that its unable to save on the chosen location and the system is trying to add a helper tool. Further, adding the helper tool, it requires the system password, and I've mentioned it multiple times, and it still pops both the error messages and asking for the password continuously.

Please help me to sort out this issue to have the WIFI connection ASAP. Thanks

I've followed the instruction, and still, I cannot save the Windows support software, and the error screenshot link has been attached for your reference. I'm entering the password multiple times, and it always pops up.

Is there any way to sort this matter and can you please support.
