Calls Go to Voicemail

My calls keep going straight to voicemail, even when my

phone is unlocked. I have Wi-Fi calling enabled. It’s an iPhone 11 and it has been a continued issue with it.

I’m trying not to go in store to get the issue figured out so I hope y’all can help.
