Undo "clear history and website data" for private browsing?

I selected "clear history and website data" not knowing that this would close all of the private browsing tabs I had open. Is there a way to get those tabs back? I don't have an iCloud backup unfortunately.

No. Even if you had a backup, the private browsing information isn't backed up.

Well that just stinks. Since there is no "history" for private browsing I didn't expect it to be affected. Apple should make that clearer.
