Iphone Back up

I am trying to back up my phone to Itunes on a Windows 10 Computer and when Itunes launches i don't get the option for back up but wanting to configure a new phone.

iTunes going away - backup to PC? Is there going to be (or already exists) a way to back up phone to a PC or is this forcing the hand for iCloud or Mac purchasing? i have an iPad Pro and iPhone XR. I backed up my phone to my cloud to get the transfer over but I want to switch back to keeping backups on my computer.
