Can I share an icloud calendar with yahoo and google?

Is there a way that I can share an icloud calendar such that it can be seen on yahoo and google calendars? I know how to share the icloud calendar with other icloud users but I'd like to be able to share my icloud / iphone calendar with my yahoo and google accounts so that I can always see that calendar when I log into yahoo and google.

I know there's an icloud program for windows but if possible I'd like to be able to access the calendar using a web browser.

If your Apple ID is say example1@gmail.com that is signed in iPhone , the calendar can be shared and that can be accessed from a Mac ( you can open the gmail account in Mac and access it ) see the article https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/151674?hl=en&ref_topic=3417969&co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS&oco=0

For yahoo accounts using an iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/iphone/ipha0d932e96/ios

The calendar can be again viewed from the same Mac by entering the yahoo mail address say example2@yahoo.com ( the web accounts are accessed use command and T keys to open first tab enter the yahoo credentials and access the account , again open a second tab this time access with gmail account using gmail credentials .

Icloud will only sync with your iCloud calendar.
