Login to iCloud when back up phone number and email aren’t available.

I broke my screen to my phone so I bought a whole new phone with whole new number. Now I cannot get into my iCloud because my backup email and phone number are from this phone. Can’t get security codes that are texted for the verification process.

Will I get my iCloud back? I recently restarted/erased my phone and stupidly didn’t realize I hadn’t updated my trusted phone numbers so now that I no longer have access to those numbers, I can’t get the verification codes being sent to them. I knew my password but couldn’t log in because of this and couldn’t use a recovery email because it was the same icloud email I can’t get into :\ but after I entered the old phone numbers it said I had to wait these days. What does this mean? Will I be able to log in after the 12 days and get everything back?

Then you may need account recovery -- Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
