iCloud storage payment

I am having trouble trying to turn off I icould storage, it makes me pay a monthly payment and I do not know how to cancel this payment, can anyone help out please

I would advise that you try the Contact Apple Support listed in that Support Article.

Sorry, i have tried doing this and when I go to click on 'change storage plan' nothing happens
