My hearing aid app Oticon ON is listed on the My Watch Complications List. But I cannot get it to appear as a complication on my watch face. Please help.

My hearing aid app, “Oticon ON,” appears on the My Watch Complications List. But when I try to customize my watch face I cannot get the Oticon ON app to come up on the list of choices for a particular complication on the watch face. Please help.

I am using the Oticon Opn & ON app. I can open it on Apple Watch by pressing the crown once from any of my watch faces and clicking on the app icon that appears on the master list of apps available on the watch. Instead of using that two-step process, I'd like to be able to click on the Oticon ON app from one of the six "windows" on my customizable watch face. When I am customizing a watch face I can press on any one of those windows and a list of apps choices to put there appears in the window. I can't get the Oticon ON app to appear on the list of choices that appears on as a choice for a complication window on my watch face. If I could assign the Oticon app to a complication window among the five other windows on the watch face, I would only need to click on that icon to open it instead of first pressing the crown to get to the master list of apps.
