How to reset my Apple id security questions ?


Unable to do it through usual way ; I get a massage " we don't have enough information .... "

If you don't have enough information to reset your security questions then your only possible option is to see if you can upgrade to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) which will erase the security questions permanently. Then your problem is solved.


If you are currently signed in properly on your device you can usually do this 2FA sign up.

If you cannot upgrade to 2FA and are still unable to provide the information required then you will not be able to reset your security questions.
