I kindly request you to remove this as the activation lock on my phone which contains the number of the Apple 5 model mobile phone that I was using has been dropped.

Activation Lock is a theft deterrent feature with no bypass or workaround.
Without the owner's authorisation (Apple ID & password), no thief or anyone including you can re-use the device.
