Wifi disabled and re-enabled by itself

I tried:

• Resetting my SMC, PRAM, and NVRAM
• Renewing DHCP
• Removing and adding the Wifi interface
• Wiping all Wifi settings through deleting files on /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/
• Finally restoring Mac from Time Machine

None of them have worked still, wifi disables and re-enables by itself time to time
