My last iPhone 11 glitched screen went black and my old phone number is where the verification gets sent too I can’t get into my iCloud is their another way other than a verification being sent to a old number

Apple ID sending verification code to my broken phone I wanna sign back into my old Apple ID because my phone is cracked and it won’t turn on anymore. I got a new phone but when I tried signing into iCloud using the same Apple ID from my old phone, it says I need a verification code but I can’t do it because my old phone is cracked and won’t turn on. The phone number for the Apple ID is from an app called TextNow. So please help me get into my old Apple ID. Please and Thank you! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You may need account recovery -- Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
