The application iTunes debited money from my card

Hello.

I am not using the application iTunes. Money was debited from my card tonight. BUT THIS APP ISN'T EVEN ON MY PHONE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. It was taken from my card $ 20 tonight (this is 556 hryvnia in the currency of my country Ukraine).
