my other storage is at 19gig. This started around Aug 19. I’m out of space all the time I have less than .5 gig left so it’s not functioning well. just keeps getting bigger. what should i do

Fyi for anybody else having this problem. I was able to free up enough space, 1.3 gig barely, and installed ios 13.7. Miraculously my “other data” dropped from 18 gig to less than 4 gig. Wow!! Apple you owe me an apology for all the bs I have gone thru for the past few weeks because of your bad 13.6 version. Deleting apps and data. And additionally I lost all kinds of data that I didn’t delete, it just disappeared. Just glad I finally have my phone back. I was afraid I was going to have to get a new phone.
can someone at the apple store help me update. i don’t have enough space. less than .5 gig. i’m afraid i’ll lose stuff.

Yes, if you can make it to an Apple Store then they should be able to walk you through the steps. I suggest making a full backup using a computer and a USB cord so that you can restore from that backup if needed.
