i can't sign in to my apple id

i can't sign in to my apple id because i don't own the phone number asscociated with the account.

Apple ID Account Recovery without Trusted Phone Number I made the mistake of changing a phone number on our family plan before I removed the passcode from the phone. When I acted like I wanted to remove the passcode, it is forcing me to put in the icloud password from the account the phone is attached to. I cannot remember the password and it won't let me change it unless I have access to the (previous) phone number or the icloud email itself!! It's a vicious cycle!! Any ideas? Forgot phone number for Apple ID Hi there, for my this apple account I forget the phone number as I use for two factor authentication. I already lost that number and there is no way to get it back. I remember all information expect my phone number as I barely use that phone number so I forget it which make me can’t log in and change it.
