MacBook 16” giving red battery icon and not opening!

I have a new Macbook pro 16” and I left it off for a while, now every time I try to run it, it gives me the battery screen red with power icon below it and doesn't want to open? I tried to to rest the SMC and nothing happens! What should I do

I have recently noticed some issues with the battery icon not showing proper state. The Battery status reports Normal. When the system is running off battery and no adapter is plugged in the battery icon on screen will show black battery symbol with bolt icon. When the Power Adapter is plugged in it takes over 1 minute for the symbol to change to the white battery with the bolt icon. The battery will charge to 100%. Just wondering why when unplugged why I don't just see a black battery icon and no bolt? Also wondering why does it take over a minute for the icon to switch to white battery with bolt when the power adapter is plugged in? Is this a software bug or something else?

Macbook doesn't show battery icon, charger shows green light and computer will turn off if unplugged, even though I kept it plugged all night I left it plugged for a couple of days and now I can't see the battery icon. Also, If I unplug it, it turns off and doesn't turn on unless is plugged again, the light never changes to amber so I guess is not charging at all. I changed the battery 3 months ago, in a Mac authorized shop, I also added a solid hard disc and replaced the DVD player it had. I don't want to reinstall the OS because it's an old computer and it won't work as well with the new OS. Any ideas? MacBook Pro shuts down when I turn it on So I have a 15'' Macbook Pro and when I turn it on, even though it's 100% on battery, my macbook shuts down after unlocking it. I try to turn it back on but can't, it says it's out of battery. The only way to turn it on is to connect it. I Only can work after doing this process. Does anyone have the same problem as I? And can someone help me please? Thanks.

The battery is dead. Recharge it by connecting the computer to the charger.

The laptop is on the charge since yesterday morning and no charging and the same battery indicator is still appears
