I accidentally deleted FaceTime call log a week ago from my iPad and didn't realize that because my iPhone is associated with the same AppleID I will lose the log on all devices. Since then the iCloud backup was run so the latest backup I'm showing on both devices is after the date the log was deleted. Is there any way to bring this call log back? It's missed calls on a specific date from a specific person. TIA for your help!

We do understand this issue you're having with the deleted FaceTime call log, and we're happy to provide some insight. Do you know if there was a backup saved to iCloud or to a computer prior to deleting this log? If so, you can restore the device from that backup using the steps here:

Thank you so much, Teddy. Before I erase everything on my iPad, the latest backup on iCloud is showing as 9/2. The FaceTime log was deleted on 8/30. Will I be able to retrieve an older back up and are you sure that FaceTime call log is backed up by apple? Many thanks again!
