How do I find my iphone 11 if the battery is dead?

The old fashioned way, with your eyes and retrace the steps you last saw your iPhone.

You cannot if the battery is dead. Your iPhone has to make a connection to the internet to report its position. Of course it cannot report its location with a dead battery/no power.

II.  Getting this Back:

• Backtrack your Locations - If at a coffee shop, stop in, and ask it if was placed aside.
• Check with Local Authorities - Perhaps it was found and was turned in.

III. Being Maybe Stollen, Modify your Credentials:

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Passwordfor each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

You cannot find it but it will tell when was the last your iphone was
