On the 09/05/2020 it was charged 45,47$ from my card

I haven't proceed this operation . Someone has stolen my card details and made this operation.

I kindly ask you to return my money back and to cancel this subscription.

If someone has abused your card, you must:

And also make sure to contact your bank and get them to disable the card.
