Phone keeps restarting every 3 min by itself

Ive tried force restarting my phone and that and my phone wont stay on long enough to update software, what can i do

What if those steps do not work. I have an issue where my phone shuts off and restarts every two minutes, I cannot even listen to music on headphones without is shutting off. I have tried the advice above and it did not work. Help please.

This has all occurred after downloading the new IOS 13.7 update
