does anyone know how i can find my spam emails? i think some important information has been directed there by accident. i have been told to go to email app<mailbox<edit<add spam folder, but the spam/junk folder does not come up as an option. similarly, in settings on my phone, there is no option to access a spam/junk folder. does anyone know how i can access it or why these won’t work? (i have software 13.6.1 on my iphone x, and have my own email address, not an icloud or outlook one)
