How do I fix this error: The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4010)

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

That is a communications error. If you have a firewall or antivirus try restarting your computer, then temporarily disable them. You should also verify that you have the latest version of iTunes if your computer runs Windows. You can get it from https://apple.com/itunes. If you have a Mac it should automatically be updated unless it is a very old Mac.
