Iphone Connect to Windows 10 PC
Is there any software/app to install Windows 10 PC to use Microsoft Your Phone Companion Features like to see notification / make or receive calls from Iphone. Is Apple support team on the development for the same?

Also Apple has no intention of creating support for windows computers besides iTunes, sorry for the inconvenience.
