Apple TV 4k Shuts is in a constant rebooting cycle.

My Apple TV 4K goes into a constant reboot cycle. It starts up gets to the normal display and immediately shuts down. Could this be due to a faulty cooling fan and it is just protecting itself from overheating?

Please try unplugging the power from the ATV for a few minutes and then retest.
