i am in Egypt & i got AirPods PRO from Saudi Arabia as a gift.
When opened the right airpod is not working and and completely dead.
i would like to know how i can get this solved from Cairo without going back to KSA. Especially under the current circumstances.
And who is the service provider in Egypt who should support.
