Can I access the Apple Store on a PC?
I know this is a stupid question, but can I access my Apple Store account from a PC and download apps I already have on my iPhone/iPad/Mac desktop?

I know this is a stupid question, but can I access my Apple Store account from a PC and download apps I already have on my iPhone/iPad/Mac desktop?
I do not wish to download any of my apps, only want to view my Apple Store account. I want to see what apps I had previously downloaded or purchased. Is that possible?

If you mean the App Store, only if you're using a version of iTunes below 12.7, and the applications won't run on a PC.
If you mean the online Apple Store, access it through your web browser; it mostly sells hardware, not applications.
