What is the Song?:

The song may be available in certain locations, where as not in others. This all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Music Studio. So, maybe someone out there sees it in their iTunes Store, being in a different county/region.

Hello, you cannot make a request to Apple to add a song to iTunes. You may be able to ask the artist to add the song but it’s not up to Apple.

But just to make sure there is no misunderstanding, be aware that it functions as a suggestion box, not as a special order form. The item might be unavailable for a variety of reasons outside Apple's control, and in those (numerous) cases, the request might not be fulfilled. Feel free to explore alternate sources meanwhile.
