What if I have an old iPhone 4 or 5 and want to transfer to a new phone but don’t know my password? Can I use my old I’d and request a new password or should I just make a new Apple ID?
Try getting the password for the old ID.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
Try pressing/holding the button on the top right to turn it on.
