Contacts are not getting uploaded into icloud
Hi, my contacts do not get uploaded into icloud

Have you double checked Settings/Your Name/iCloud to make sure Contacts syncing is on?
Try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Contacts syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.
Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud, restarting the device, and then sign back in?
