Clock on iPhone 11 Pro Max

It sounds like you're wanting to view a digital and analog clock when in the World Clock tab of the Clocks application. This isn't a supported feature in the Clocks application, but there may be a third-party application available to install an analog clock or widget to your iPhone. These would be found by searching the App Store, and seeing what's available.
