My mac doesn't have a usb port and i need to restore an iphone. I don't want to buy something for it either, so is there a way to restore it anyways?

Newer Mac models have USB connections, using USB-C connectors.

USB-C connectors can support DisplayPort video, Thunderbolt, higher-wattage power input and output, and USB connections, depending on the computer.

Here’s the USB-C to Lightning cable:

There are also USB-C to USB-A dongles, and USB-C docks available from various vendors.
