Hi got this message on my settings. When I accept it i will be redirected to Apple TV however signing up in there it requires a proof of payment which I suppose should not be the case because it is free for a year.
Is there any way that we can resolve this issue?

Hello! In order to activate your Apple Tv+ free trial, you need to enter your payment information. This is to verify that you are not a robot, and to make sure that you have not used this trial before.
