Printshop 4 and Swift
Can Swift make greeting cards like Printshop?
Can Swift "translate" my Printshop cards into a form that works with Catalina?
Haven't upgraded from Mojave.

The same question about conversions has come up on this forum before. I remember that one person posted that they were able to use Swift Publisher to convert Print Shop documents, which really surprised me. In any case, it's clear to me that Print Shop long ago stopped supporting the Mac OS. I would definitely move on and Swift Publisher is an excellent, moderately priced desktop publisher that can do far more things than Print Shop can do. I would begin the migration (and the learning process) now. I have used Swift and like it. I am in no way connected with them.

Swift Publisher 5, which works on Catalina, will not, to my knowledge, convert PrintShop 4 documents into Swift Publisher layouts. Probably nothing on the planet will do that for you due to the proprietary nature of PrintShop. You would likely need to recreate the PrintShop 4 content from scratch in the Swift Publisher application.
There is of course, Barney-15E's suggestion.
Thank you. I so appreciate our community. I will do exactly that.
Wrote to BeLight to ask also if Printshop docs I’ve onverted to PDF format
would be modifiable with Swift. Will post the response when I get it.
There is alot of wiggle room in what constitutes the term conversion between Print Shop 4 data files and Swift Publisher. It was less likely a mash a button, get a conversion, as it was a copy/paste of respective content into a collection of objects within a Swift Publisher document layout.
In order to modify your existing Print Shop generated PDF documents, you would need a true PDF Editor, which Swift Publisher is not. Apple's Preview is also not a PDF Editor. Some of the PDF Editors in the Mac App Store are PDFPen, and PDF Expert.
They have a free trial. Why not just see if it works yourself?

You'd be better off contacting Belight directly with that question.
Thanks. I did.
Oh my, I had PDFpen about 20 years ago. Will check it out.
That’s good. I can do that.
One response I got from BeLight is that Swift can make fine greeting cards.
Gonna start playing with it today.
Good.
