My iPad keeps slightly zooming into apps when opening randomly; content cut off the sides
My iPad Air 3rd generation has had a consistent problem since the time of purchase. About 25% of the time when I open an app, the app appears slightly enlarged, and some content is cut off the sides. No one else seems to be having this problem; I have no zoom features turned on in accessibility, and the only way to get rid of the zoom is to close the app and try restarting it a couple of times. I have only really noticed it happening when my Logitech Bluetooth mouse is connected to my iPad with my Smart Keyboard. The picture below shows what is happening. This has happened since I bought the device, and countless restarts and updates have not changed anything. It is a random occurrence, as it does not always happen, and there is absolutely nothing in my settings causing this to happen to my knowledge. The picture below is a screenshot that I took of this occurrence. As you can see, the sides are cut off, so important content is missing. I have yet to see this happen in portrait mode; only landscape. And suggestions would be appreciated.
