Importing photos
I am unable to import photos from my new iPhone 11. It is not connecting most of the time, if it does connect it will upload 5-10 photos from anywhere in the album and then say that something went wrong. Any ideas???

The new iPhone 11 doesn't pop open a window when connected to the computer. I go to photos, then click import. This is when it is showing that it is having trouble connecting OR it is connecting yet not showing previews of my photos. When I click import, it is importing sometimes 5-10 photos and then saying that 'something went wrong.'
