Can we free storage cause some of use don’t want to pay we want to save and keep our money and we so I ask cause I don’t want to keep paying every month

Apple's iCloud Drive provides 5GB of storage for free - above that it's a subscription. There are other services, though they don't integrate in the same way as iCloud. Google Drive gives you 15GB free, Dropbox 2GB, MacMate 10GB with limited facilites. Each interacts in a different way so you'd have to check whether they do what you want. The information is as the last time I checked it, I can't guarantee that something hasn't changed.
