Unusual distorted images on webpage?

We understand you are seeing some issues when trying to view a website. We are happy to help provide some help on this.

You have done some great troubleshooting already by clearing your cache in Safari. We would like to look in to it a bit deeper as this is happening with more than just Safari.

To start, we would like to try booting your Mac in to Safe Mode and testing to see if the same issue is occurring. Take a look at the steps listed here for how to boot in to Safe Mode:

Just to add, I have one Mac with Chrome installed. I just checked, the profile pictures don't appear for me either. So, unless you snuck into my house while I was sleeping it's not you.

Try Firefox.

Interesting. I see the problem you describe in Safari but not in Firefox 80.0.1. No idea why but it's not your computer or settings.

Yes in Safari, no in Firefox. I just deleted the screen shot I took in Safari. I could take another but it's the same as yours.

I'm surprised that there isn't a big hoo-ha going on with Etsy sellers if this is happening all over?

Maybe it is being reported. Not by me though, first time I've been to the site.
