Problem with Subscription
I do not recall subscribing to the premium version of the app (videoleap). The subscription was pending and I wasn’t able to download any (even free) apps on the AppStore, until today when I connected payment method and Apple automatically withdrew $35.99 from my account. I deleted the app before, and haven’t used it, and I just found out about the subscription when money was already withdrawn. I believe there had been a mistake. Please, please, help me solve this problem!
