I have an Apple TV 3rd Gen (Which is a hand-me-down from my parents). And it currently runs software 7.5. And my mother owns an Apple TV 4K. It currently runs TVos 13 (i think). When i go to the software updates in Settings it says it is "Up to date" It clearly isn't. Is there any way i can at least update to TVos 1? This old version i really hate because it doesn't have Disney+, and it doesn't have an App Store. Thanks, Flyguy1982

The 3rd gen runs a a more basic firmware and 7.5 is the latest. In fact it hadn't been updated in some time, but Apple then decided to revive it to bring a server version of their TV app and subsequent small updates for bug/performance improvements.
The 4th gen was the first model to have TVOS and shipped with version 9. The 3rd gen hardware is not capable of running apps nor TVOS.
