How do I see what’s in the other section in the storage of my phone? How do I delete some or all of it?

Click on this > Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

You can’t actually get a detail reading of that. Depending on device activity, a certain amount of “Other” is normal. It will also fluctuate. If the amount exorbitant, this article might help: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211686
