Contact changed from android to iPhone, not updating contact settings

My wife changed from android to iPhone but kept the same number. Her contact info in my phone is not showing up like an iPhone and she can’t airdrop me unless i change my setting to allow airdrop from everyone. When I open her contact card it also doesn’t show me the option to FaceTime.

i have restarted both phones and deleted the contact and made a new but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated!
