I would like to get access to eApproval, but unfortunately its says such a user does not exist. If you can assist with the following issue.
Is this on the AppStore?
Do you have more than one Apple ID?

I'm not sure if it's in the app-store. I don't have an Apple ID I'm currently on my desktop and one of the support employees recommended me for you assistance since I can download the app but I cannot access it.
Can you Right Click on it & choose Open?
No, it doesn't give me the option to do so.
