I buy a new MacBook and I register with an old Apple ID they need from me to write the verifying email but I forget the password of my email. Right now i create a new Apple ID but I can’t sign out because of the verifying email

How can I sign out without verifying email in the MacBook?

Have you gone to your email provider's web site to see if there is a reset password option?
