Half keyboard in app store

I'm using an iPhone 7 Plus.

First off, there is ABSOLUTELY NO SPLIT KEYBOARD setting under Settings<General<Keyboard, so please don't tell me there is.

I've gone through every single menu option trying to find this supposed "split keyboard" setting everyone keeps talking about.

There's nothing.

The one and only place my keyboard is cut in half is in the App Store.

I've reset my phone several times trying to fix this technical issue. The keyboard is huge, only shows from the middle of the space bar and everything left of that and is planted right in the middle of my screen.

Rotating doesn't help. Pressing on the keyboard doesn't show a "split keyboard" option.

I'm not going to throw myself into covid central just to talk to someone in person.

So, either an actual Apple employee (not just some phone owner who thinks he's the ****) answer this with very specific instructions or I go back to Android because I'm tired of the constant **** updates that have nothing to do with my phone but everything to do with screwing it up.

Well, I am not an Apple employee. I must admit that I am one of those owner who thinks that he is the ****. However, I am often wrong and learn from that as well. I felt compelled to respond to you.

You are not going to find the Split Keyboard anywhere in settings on an iPhone. This is because it is only available on an iPad. So please stop reviewing any material on a split keyboard for this exercise.
I am attempting to visualize what you may be seeing while in the App Store app. You stated keyboard cut in half. My assumption is that you are only seeing half of the keyboard and that the keyboard appears to be zoomed in. But only in that App. DO you, by any chance, use a third party keyboard on your iPhone? If YES then can you either delete it or default back to the stock Apple Keyboard?
Can you post a screen shot in your next angry comment so that we can understand what you are seeing?

Thanks and just a FYI - The going back to Android effect probably won't work here because nearly all of us in these forums are users of Apple Product(s) just like you and we may not care.
