I was once charged by apple.com through my credit card which I reported to my bankers. After a while my account was disabled at apple store. I want to know that why it has been done and my account be enabled immediately please.

If your Apple ID is disabled -- If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support. If disabled on the App Store -- If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
