Apple removed Facebook and other social media accounts from macOS Mojave (10.14) and later versions of macOS, so if you are trying to add Facebook to the options you get when pressing the Share Button in any application, you can't.

For security reason this sharing option has been removed and no longer possible.

You can still manually upload to FB using the browser interface (nothing has changed here,) sometime it is easier to first drag your image to the desktop so you can more easily locate it when uploading.
