I can’t add payment method my old card expired

While in Wallet, remove the Expired Card. In Wallet click Add a Card. Have the new payment card with you and Wallet will ask to take a picture of the card

It’s really hard to hack a debit card. But if someone can hack a debit card they can also hack a bank account, so that doesn’t seem like a solution to the problem. The iTunes & App Store does not support bank account debits directly, only through debit cards. Here is information on payment methods—>Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support. You can use gift cards on your account as an alternative. You can also use Paypal, which can pass through to your bank account. But why don’t you get a debit card for your bank account and just use it for the iTunes & App Store?

My Debit card has been hacked twice and the new card too, so I want to pay my account with my bank account checking! How can I have this changed to my bank account?

Can I get a phone number of Apple to call so I can find out how to change my payment to my checking account?
