Apple id problem

id when i download any app it appears a small message telling that i have to change it from my region to us store and i changed it to us store and finally i press next and it appears a mesage sayying TRY AGAIN LATER  and i tried this process more than once and it doesn't works

For one, you're using a fake account. That isn't a proper address or phone number.
